North Shore Auto Rebuilders Inc

North Shore Auto Rebuilders is a quality operation - responsive; flexible; and top-notch work. Aldin is simply incredible - you can tell that he and the team over there LOVE what they do - and it shows. They really worked hard with a basic insurance company (Allstate) to get the highest degree of reimbursement, despite many challenges. When asked, Aldin provided a number of reputable alternative insurance companies to consider that might do a better job at covering the higher labor rates associated with an authorized repair shop for certain luxury auto brands - and many of them were not much more in terms of premiums. The advice was much appreciated. In two other unrelated, small follow-up issues, Aldin evaluated and even resolved in short time periods, some scuff marks and touch ups on two vehicles ay different times and in both cases, would not accept any payment for the work. While it was not very time intensive work, the gestures certainly are noticed and appreciated. If you care about your car and appreciate great work at competitive prices, whole-hearted recommendation here to consider North Shore Auto Rebuilders and Aldin!

Steve, Chris and team are the real deal. They went above and beyond and worked with my insurance patiently over 2 months to fight to get new OEM parts put on my car instead of used beat-up parts (used headlight that insurance adjuster pushed on us was not even the same color). Most body shops would have just given up in this negotiating process. My car was restored with an exact paint match. Could not tell it was ever in an accident.

Steven and the team at North Shore were fantastic. Not only did they get my car in and complete the work in a reasonable timeframe, but the quality of the repair was outstanding. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to high-quality work were evident throughout the entire process. I hope I never need body work again, but if I do, North Shore will be my first call. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional service and craftsmanship.
